Quality Inspection at Mass Production
We have set up a full-work-position quality check process from raw material coming into house, to shearing, punching, turret pressing, bending, welding, metal parts full assembly, powder coating parts， packaging and finished products . This quality inspection system guarantees each work process doing parts right at the first time. Among the full-work-position quality check, there are operator self-inspection, QC first article inspection and patrol inspection at each working station to decrease deviation at each process.
Periodical Mass Production Test
We have set up an all-sided laboratory to launch a series of products tests . It makes sure mass production products will always meet customer quality standards. When there is deviation, use 8D , PDCA, Lean, TQM, CAP etc. to identity and rectify the root cause and make improvement on the quality system and quality management process.
